RG Jewellery Store
Swoosh swoosh, we slipped through the entrance door of this jewellery store, a playful little gust, hand in hand.
And oh, what a sight! The marble floor gleamed beneath us, as though it had been waiting just for our arrival. We paused for a second—was it shining brighter because we were here? Maybe. Probably!
Oops! We forgot to introduce ourselves; we are Mrs & Mr Breezy, like the gentle wind. We were so lost in this glistening haven that we almost forgot!
Above us, the chandelier stole our breath! Crystals dripped like frozen raindrops, catching the light and tossing it around the room like glitter. We circled beneath it, spinning slowly. “Can you believe this?” I whispered. The chandelier was a poem in crystal.
As we floated further, a vase of soft blooms caught our attention, and Mrs Breezy just stood in front of that vase, the beauty of which was accentuated by the carefully picked pink flowers; pink being her favourite colour. She said, “Charming, aren’t they?”. I agreed because they added a sweet softness to the elegance around us.
The jewellery displays? Oh, they were perfection! Each piece sat in its own halo of light like it had a secret to share. We darted between them, drawn to the subtle glow of gold and the cool shimmer of diamonds. “This one’s my favourite!” I said. You nodded, but your gaze was already locked on something else. We laughed. So typical of us!
The walls had a life of their own, reflective and rich, catching bits of our movement and mirroring it back to us. We caught our reflection, blurred and soft, and for a moment, we just stood there. Together. Still.
As we breezed past the velvet chairs, their plushness whispered of quiet comfort. “Should we stop for a moment?” I teased. You smiled. Not yet. The space was too captivating to sit still.
Finally, we reached the exit, our hearts a little lighter, our spirits a little brighter. As we finally swirled toward the door, a soft sigh escaped us. This store was an experience of a lifetime, a world of grace and subtle romance. And for a moment, it had felt like it was ours.
